Power Automate Expert for Steel Fabrication Flow
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Power Automate Expert for Steel Fabrication TasI urgently need a Power Automate expert to build a 16-task flow for my steel fabrication company, integrating Microsoft Teams and Planner. The project must be done in 2-3 days (by July 25, 2025). It involves task delays, fixing a SharePoint Excel connector, and flow initiation. Details below:
Scope:
16-Task Flow: Create a flow with 16 sequential tasks (e.g., bidding, fabrication, invoicing). Each task must wait until the prior one is 100% complete in Planner.
Task Delay: Use Planner’s completion status to delay tasks (e.g., Task 2 starts after Task 1 is done).
Flow Trigger: The flow is started but not triggering correctly. It should initiate from data in a SharePoint Excel file (e.g., new row with project ID, task name).
SharePoint Issue: The Excel connector for our SharePoint file (holding task data) isn’t working. Fix it or suggest a workaround (e.g., SharePoint list).
Planner: Create tasks in existing Planner buckets (e.g., per project phase). Update statuses and trigger next tasks.
Teams: Post notifications via Adaptive Cards/Flow Bot (e.g., “Task X done, Task Y released”).
Error Handling: Add logging for troubleshooting connector or flow issues.
Optional: Weekly task reports in Teams/Excel.
Challenges:
Fix SharePoint Excel connector or build an alternative.
Ensure 16-task sequence with delays.
Debug flow trigger.
Requirements:
Proven Power Automate/Teams/Planner experience (share examples).
SharePoint connector expertise.
Knowledge of Planner task logic and Teams notifications.
Bonus: Power Platform certifications or fabrication workflow experience.
Deliverables:
Functional flow in my tenant.
SharePoint fix/workaround.
Documentation and walkthrough (video/call).
Timeline: 2-3 days.
Budget: $400-$600, open to discussion.ks
