Power Automate Expert Needed to Review & Improve Existing Flows (Microsoft 365)

We’re looking for an experienced Power Automate / Microsoft 365 professional to help review and improve a small set of existing flows.

This is not a build-from-scratch project. The initial scope is limited and focused on understanding what’s already in place and making a few targeted improvements.

What the initial task involves

Review existing Power Automate cloud flows triggered by incoming emails

Validate logic against documented business rules

Identify and fix small issues (missing conditions, error handling, retries)

Improve reliability and clarity where needed (logging, alerts, safeguards)

Use test/dummy data where appropriate (no production disruption)

Environment

Microsoft 365 / Power Automate (cloud)

Outlook email triggers

SharePoint / OneDrive reference files (Excel)

Some flows may integrate with Power Automate Desktop and PowerShell (nice to have, not required for the first phase)

Important notes

Changes must be tested safely (no direct impact to live users)

This initial engagement is meant as a discovery + stabilization phase

Additional work may follow if this phase goes well

Required experience

Strong Power Automate (advanced conditions, expressions, error handling)

Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel connectors)

Comfortable working with existing flows and improving them

Careful, methodical approach (safety over speed)
