Power Automate Data Entry Flow

I have a repetitive data-entry and management routine that eats far too much of my time, and I want it handled end-to-end through Microsoft Power Automate. The flow should capture new records as soon as they appear, validate or transform them if needed, then store or update them automatically—no more manual copy-and-paste work for me.

You’ll plan the logic, build the flow, test it with sample data, and hand over a package I can import straight into my tenant. Please document key steps and configuration choices so I can maintain or adjust the solution later. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough is welcome once everything runs smoothly.
