Power Automate Cloud Flow Development

I need a Power Automate expert to create a cloud flow that generates individual income transactions in one table based on financial data stored in a separate Dataverse table.

Requirements:

Create a manual cloud flow that:

Queries the Income_Sources table in Dataverse.
Filters for records where:
Is_Active = true
End_Date is either blank or in the future
For each qualifying record, generates a new row in the Income_Table with the appropriate fields populated (e.g., Income_Source, Amount_Expected, Frequency, Start_Date, Receiving_Account, etc.).
Ensures that recurring income logic is respected based on the Frequency and Start_Date values.
Includes error handling and logging (optional but preferred).
