Power Automate Approval Workflows

I need two reusable flows built in Power Automate—one sequential and one parallel—both focused on approvals and reviews.
The flows will trigger from SharePoint items, route approval tasks through Outlook, and post real-time updates in the linked Microsoft Teams channel. Because each scenario involves conditional logic (for example, sending different reminders or escalating after set deadlines), please configure dynamic branches rather than hard-coded email steps.
Deliverables
• Sequential approval flow (.zip export) with clear comments on each stage
• Parallel approval flow (.zip export) showing simultaneous reviewer paths
• A short markdown file that explains trigger settings, variables, and how to extend the conditions in future
I’ll import and test the packages myself, so make sure all connections are left as environment variables and no premium connectors are used. Once both flows pass a simple “create list item → get timely approvals → notify outcome” test, the job is complete.
