Power Automate Approval Workflow Setup

I want to replace an e-mail-driven sign-off routine with a clean, trackable workflow built entirely on Microsoft 365. The front end will be a Microsoft Form; every submission should land in a SharePoint List and instantly trigger a Power Automate flow that steers the request through three approval gates:

• Initial submission – routed to Finance
• Mid-process review – routed to Studio
• Final approval – routed to Account Management

At each stage I need automatic notifications, clear accept/reject options, comment capture, and real-time status updates written back to the list so everyone can see where the item sits. Escalation rules, reminder emails, and an audit trail of decisions are essential.

Deliverables
• Microsoft Form ready for live use
• SharePoint List structured for the data and status fields
• Power Automate flow(s) wired to the list with dynamic approver assignment, error handling, and history logging
• Short hand-over document or video walkthrough so my team can maintain or tweak the solution later
