Requirements:
A Canvas App built in Power Apps to:
Allow users to submit new tickets
View a list of their own submitted tickets
View ticket status, priority, and description
Option for admins to view and manage all tickets
Assign tickets to other users
Update ticket statuses (e.g. New, In Progress, Resolved, Closed)
Backend using a SharePoint List, with the following columns:
Title (Text)
Description (Multiline text)
Status (Choice: New, In Progress, Resolved, Closed)
Priority (Choice: Low, Medium, High)
Requestor (Person/Group – auto-filled)
AssignedTo (Person/Group – optional)
Created (Date/time – auto)
Optional Features (Include as Separate Pricing or Timeline):
Email notifications (Power Automate) on ticket creation or status change
SLA deadline tracking
Multilingual support (Arabic/English)
Attachment support
Role-based access (end users vs admins)
