Power Apps Order Workflow Build

I need a Microsoft Power Apps expert to turn our current Excel-based template into a centralized Order Management & Provisioning Workflow System. The first release must focus on the Sales Team, giving them seamless lead tracking, order processing, and quote generation all in one place.
My goal is a clean, responsive canvas app (or model-driven if you can justify it) that speaks to Dataverse and pulls the right data for Sales while keeping the door open for Support and Billing phases that will follow. Moderate automation is essential—think automatic task assignments, status updates, and role-based notifications that keep everyone moving without having to chase information manually.
Key expectations
• Reproduce and improve the existing Excel workflow inside Power Apps, preserving every required field and logic path.
• Build secure, role-based screens for the Sales Team so they can create, view, and update leads, orders, and quotes effortlessly.
• Configure Power Automate flows for task assignment and email alerts at each critical stage.
• Provide clean, well-commented solutions so future departments can be added quickly.
• Handover must include a short knowledge-transfer session and basic documentation (entity model, flows, and user guide).
