Power Apps Hospital Automation

I want to build a brand-new workflow automation solution that streamlines hospital bed management. The stack is fixed: Microsoft Power Apps for the interface, Power Automate for the logic, and Azure SQL as the single source of truth.

The core idea
Today our ward staff log availability, transfers, and discharge requests manually. I need that entire flow captured in a responsive Power App, then driven by automated approvals, notifications, and live occupancy updates tied directly to the Azure SQL tables.

Key pieces I expect you to deliver
• Azure SQL schema set up—or adapted from an existing one—to hold beds, patients, and status history
• A Power Apps application (canvas or model-driven; your call) that lets staff admit, transfer, and discharge patients in just a few taps
• Power Automate flows that:
 – trigger an approval when a bed is requested or released
 – push real-time alerts to nurses and housekeeping
 – keep Azure SQL perfectly in sync without manual refreshes
• Basic role-based security so doctors, nurses, and admin see only what they need

Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end demo in my tenant showing a successful admit-transfer-discharge cycle
2. All data written back to Azure SQL and reflected instantly in the app
3. Clear documentation so my IT team can extend tables, flows, or screens later
