Power Apps and Automate Workflow Solution

Requirement Summary: Power Apps + Power Automate Workflow

I am looking for a Power Platform expert to build the following solution using Power Apps + Power Automate:
Power Apps Frontend: Form
1. Build a Power Apps form with these key fields:
• Email field (multiple emails should be allowed via “+” button)
• Attachment field (multiple attachments supported)
2. Users should be able to:
• Add multiple email addresses dynamically (with a “+” button)
• Upload multiple attachments
3. On form submission, data should be saved in either:
• SharePoint List or
• Dataverse
Power Automate Workflow (Backend Logic)
4. Once the form is submitted, trigger a Power Automate flow.
5. The flow should:
• Collect all attachments
• Loop through each email provided in the form
• Send an approval request with all attachments to each email sequentially (one by one)
6. The approval logic:
• If the first approver approves, then it moves to the second approver, and so on
• If anyone rejects, the flow should:
• Stop immediately
• Do not continue to the next approvers
• Notify all previous approvers that someone rejected
7. The approval should be sent via:
• Email
• And also be visible in Microsoft Teams Approvals
8. Approvers should be able to:
• View all attachments
• Add approval/rejection comments
9. A comment trail or history should be shown:
• In Teams or Email
• So it’s visible who approved/rejected
• And what their comments were
