Power Apps & Automate Integration
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I need an experienced hand to turn my paper-based business process into a streamlined digital flow using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. The goal is simple: remove manual data entry, pull information from several sources, and keep everything synced in real time.
Here’s what I have in mind
• A user-friendly Power App (tablet and web) that captures our operational data and writes it to the right data store—most likely SharePoint lists or a SQL table, but I’m open to your recommendation.
• One or more Power Automate flows that collect and integrate that data, move it between systems, and handle any branching logic we need. These flows should run automatically, with clear error handling and logs so we can track issues without digging through the portal each time.
• Role-based permissions so staff only see what they need, while supervisors get a full overview.
• Basic dashboards or email summaries generated by the flows to keep stakeholders informed without extra clicks.
Acceptance criteria
1. The app loads in under five seconds and works on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
2. All data is written to and read from the chosen data store with no duplication.
3. Flows trigger reliably, complete within two minutes, and surface any errors through notifications.
4. Solution is packaged and ready for export/import between environments (Dev → Test → Prod).
5. A short hand-off session plus concise documentation covering connectors, variables, and any premium licensing.
If this fits your skill set and you have recent examples of similar apps and flows, let’s talk timelines and next steps.
