I need a streamlined approval solution built with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. The goal is a custom business app that captures project requests, routes them through a defined approval chain, and stores every decision for easy auditing.
Here is what I expect:
• A responsive Power Apps canvas or model-driven interface where users can submit new project requests, attach supporting files, and check real-time status.
• A multi-stage Power Automate flow that notifies the right approvers, escalates if deadlines pass, and writes each response to a secure data source such as Dataverse or SharePoint.
• Automatic email or Microsoft Teams notifications at each step, plus a summary message to the requester once the project is approved or rejected.
• A simple admin screen so I can update approver lists and SLA timings without touching the flow logic.
Acceptance criteria
• New requests appear in the app instantly.
• Approvers can approve, reject, or return for more info from any device.
• All actions are timestamped and reportable.
• No premium connectors beyond standard M365 are required unless we discuss it first.
