Power App with SharePoint Integration

I need a Microsoft Power App built that to capture data through clean, intuitive entry forms, automatically generates concise reports, and triggers the right workflows the moment new information is submitted. Everything will live on our SharePoint environment, so I also want the site itself polished—page layouts adjusted, web parts arranged logically, and permissions tightened so each group only sees what it should.
