Power App Automation Enhancements

I’m looking to extend my existing Power App task-management solution with a handful of focused improvements. The app is already live and functional; I now need help wiring up some automation, light UI tweaks, and a basic reporting view in Power BI.
Key deliverables
• Three Power Automate flows
– Escalation flow that can be toggled on/off and fires when a due date is near, a task sits idle, or it’s marked critical, sending emails to the right people.
– Approval workflow tied to the same tasks.
– Task-ID generation flow that builds on my current code logic.
• Power BI page that lists overdue tasks and lets me drill in for full details.
• UI touch-ups inside the Power App:
– List selection controls.
– Filter views for quick sorting.
– Role-based login behaviour for Owner, Custodian, and Executor.
Everything should slot cleanly into the existing environment—no rewrites, just well-structured additions. Please lean on standard connectors and best practices so I can maintain it afterward.
