Outlook-Claude Automation Setup

I need a Power Automate cloud flow that links my Microsoft 365 Outlook inbox to Anthropic’s Claude so every new work-related email is automatically analysed, tagged, and answered in draft form.

Flow behaviour
• Trigger: When a new message arrives in my primary work folder.
• Send the full thread (subject, body, and key headers) to Claude via HTTP action or a custom connector.
• Claude must return three fields—client, type of request, and urgency—so the flow can apply Outlook categories or another clear tag scheme that mirrors those fields.
• Claude’s response should also include a suggested reply; the flow should save that text in the original conversation as a Draft reply, leaving it ready for review.

Acceptance criteria
1. Emails tagged accurately for Technical support and General inquiries plus any other request types Claude detects (“all kinds” tolerance).
2. Draft replies appear in my Outlook Drafts folder within 30 seconds of receipt.
3. No data is stored outside the Microsoft tenant except the transient API call to Claude.
4. I should be able to exactly duplicate the setup by just switching API keys and inbox for other people.
