Outlook Birthday Automation

I keep an Excel list of roughly 300 members with their full name, birthday, and a short note that helps me add a personal touch. What I need is an Outlook-based solution that wakes up each day, checks who is celebrating, and fires off a birthday email automatically.

Here is the mix I’m after:

• Each message must greet the member by name.
• Some recipients will receive a fully personalized paragraph drawn from the note field, while the rest can use a warm, standard template—so the script has to support both and let me control which is which in the spreadsheet.
• Every email must also carry a clickable WhatsApp group link in the body (no other attachments).

I work on Outlook 365 for Windows; if you prefer VBA, Power Automate, or another reliable method, that’s fine as long as the result is hands-off once it’s set up. The final hand-over should include the runnable code or flow, clear setup instructions, and a quick call or screen-share to verify everything is sending correctly.
