Outlook Automation with Power Automate

I’m looking to set up a pair of Microsoft Power Automate flows that will streamline my daily Outlook routine.

The first flow needs to schedule emails automatically so that a message I draft can be sent out every day at a set time without any manual intervention. The second flow should watch my inbox and apply categories—or move the mail to the right folder—based strictly on the sender, keeping everything neatly organized the moment it arrives.

Deliverables:
• A Power Automate cloud flow that queues and sends my pre-written email once per day.
• A second flow that detects incoming messages and applies the appropriate “By Sender” category or folder rule.
• Documentation or a brief screen-share walk-through so I can adjust the schedule or edit the sender rules later.

Please build the solution directly in Power Automate Online (no desktop scripting), and keep the configuration as reusable and low-maintenance as possible.
