Office 365 Email Subfolder Creation via Webhook

I need a competent freelancer with experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Office 365 and webhook integration. The task is to create a new subfolder in my Outlook email every time a webhook is received from a third-party service, Make. The webhook will only contain the project number, which will be used as the name of the subfolder.

The flow should also define a new "rule" for the folder, where all emails with that project number are automatically transferred to the new subfolder.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Office 365
- Experience with webhook integration
- Knowledge of Make
- Ability to create automated processes
