Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer experienced in online reputation management (ORM) to help us create a complete Negative Review Management Plan for one of our hotel properties. The goal is to professionally handle, respond to, and learn from negative reviews posted on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Yelp.
You will create a structured and actionable plan to help our team:
Monitor and identify negative reviews regularly
Respond to them promptly and professionally
Analyze recurring issues
Improve guest satisfaction based on feedback
Deliverables:
A set of 8–10 customizable negative review response templates (for different review types: cleanliness, service, amenities, etc.)
A Negative Review Tracker template (Excel/Google Sheet) to track review source, rating, issue, response status, and resolution
A one-page response guideline: Tone, timing, escalation policy
A root-cause analysis framework to help identify repeated issues from reviews
A short SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) guide for hotel staff on how to manage reviews
Optional: Tips to encourage satisfied guests to leave positive reviews (bonus)
Budget:
Maximum $45 (fixed price project)
Timeline:
We expect the plan to be delivered within 5–7 days.
