Need to implement automated email PDF notifications using Power Automate based on a Power BI Dataset

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me implement automated email PDF notifications using Power Automate based on a Power BI Dataset. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Outlook email platform and must be proficient in Power Automate and Power BI.
Here are the project requirements:
Email Platform: Outlook
- The automated email PDF notifications should be sent using the Outlook email platform.
Power BI Dataset: Existing
- The client already has an existing Power BI Dataset that will be used to generate the PDF notifications.
PDF Layout: Both Tabular and Visual
- The client prefers a PDF layout that includes both tabular and visual elements.
