Monthly Outlook Email with Webpage Screenshot

I need a freelancer to set up an automated process that sends an email from my Outlook account every month. The email should be sent to a specified person, with another individual CC'd. Each email needs to contain a screenshot from a specific webpage, which requires login credentials (with multifactor).

Key Responsibilities:
- Logging into a specified webpage monthly
- Taking a screenshot and pasting it into the email body
- Sending the email automatically from Outlook
