Model-Driven Process Automation App

Job ID: 40122121

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I want to harness Microsoft Power Apps—specifically a model-driven approach—to replace several manual, email-driven steps in our internal workflow. The end goal is full process automation: data captured once, routed automatically, and surfaced through role-based dashboards without staff having to juggle spreadsheets or chase status updates.

I will supply access to our Microsoft Dataverse environment along with a rough entity diagram and the current process map. From there I need you to: configure tables and relationships, build forms and views that adapt to security roles, set up business process flows that mirror our stages, and stitch in any supportive Power Automate flows where approvals or notifications make sense. Clean, intuitive user experience is important; we have non-technical users who should be able to open the app and immediately understand what to do next.

Deliverables
• Fully functional model-driven app imported into our tenant
• All underlying Dataverse customizations (tables, columns, relationships, business rules)
• Business process flows and any companion Power Automate flows
• Brief hand-off documentation or video walkthrough covering configuration, extension points, and how to move the solution between environments

Acceptance criteria
• Every step in the provided process map must be executable inside the app without resorting to external tools
• Role-based security tested with at least two user profiles
• Solution exports, imports, and publishes without errors in a fresh environment

If you have solid experience with model-driven Power Apps and process automation, I’d love to see how you can turn our manual workflow into a seamless, data-driven experience.
