Migrate A360 Bots to Power Automate

I have a set of Automation Anywhere A360 bots that currently handle web automation, Excel processing, and email handling. I now need every one of those workflows rebuilt in Microsoft Power Automate—both the cloud flows and Desktop (PAD) components—while preserving the same business logic and performance.

Here is the flow of work I expect:

1. Analyse the existing A360 packages to capture every step, variable, credential, and dependency.
2. Re-create each bot inside Power Automate, introducing structured error handling and logging so exceptions are surfaced clearly in run history or via alerts.
3. Set up test cases, walk through them with me, and adjust until each migrated flow produces identical results to the original A360 version.
4. Package the final solutions with deployment scripts or instructions, then hand over concise but thorough documentation (architecture map, key variables, credentials needed, and a troubleshooting guide).
5. Conduct a live knowledge-transfer session so my team can maintain the flows.

I am open to enhancements; at the moment I’m “not sure” whether extra functionality will be required, so please flag any quick-win optimisations you spot during analysis.

Required background: solid hands-on time with Automation Anywhere A360, proven Power Automate Cloud + PAD builds, and at least one prior migration project. If your profile shows strong RPA debugging and documentation skills, you’ll be a perfect fit.
