Microsoft Teams Flow Fix

I already have a Microsoft Teams workflow automation in place; only a small fixing required to get it running smoothly again. The flow was set up previously and is almost there, but one misbehaving step keeps it from completing successfully.

I need an expert who knows their way around Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or even custom Teams Bots—whichever toolkit you prefer—to jump in, pinpoint the fault, correct it, and then prove the fix with a quick live test inside my tenant.
