Microsoft Power Automate Workflow Set Up
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a freelancer to implement Microsoft Power Automate Workflows to automate a number of repetitive tasks for me.
Key Requirements:
- Automation of workflows for a Western Australian based business (needs to factor in our time zone of UTC+8 in the automations).
1. When a Cognito form is filled out, it has 2 fields - a date and a time field. I need a workflow in Power Automate that takes this date and time, and sends an email 3 days prior to that date.
2. When the same Cognito form is filled out, an email is scheduled to be sent 24 hours after the date and time in the Cognito form.
3. When the same Cognito form is filled out, a text message (preferably from ClickSend) is sent to the person specified in the form. Text messages need to be sent during business hours only - not late at night or early morning.
I have already tried to set these up myself but they aren't working. I have the email and sms text written and there are fields already set up in the Cognito Form for the dynamic fields (phone numbers and emails of the recipients etc).
Ongoing work may be provided if all goes well.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills in English please.
- Experience in implementing Microsoft Power Automate Workflows: Proficiency in using this tool is essential to ensure smooth automation.
- Previous automation project experience: A solid track record in automating tasks is necessary to ensure that the project is completed effectively and efficiently.
- Experience with Cognito Forms
