Microsoft Power Apps

We commissioned a project management system to be built using MST Power Automate. However, the individual who constructed it has changed jobs, leaving us without further assistance for modifications and support.
Below is a concise description of the tool:
Within the tool, we create companies and contacts and link them together. Subsequently, we generate projects and associate them with a client (company). Each project has a description, value, project number, start and end dates, participants, etc.
Additionally, each project has both an "internal" and "external" (shared) folder. The internal folder is only visible to us, while we share the external folder with specific individuals at the client's end for data exchange purposes.
Within each project, we create tasks that we assign to members (colleagues) within the project.
Projects have various stages that we can filter: Opportunity, Quote, Start up, Data collection, Analysis, Remediation, Pending, End.
I am looking for a skilled freelancer with a solid understanding of Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate. While specific tasks for automation haven't been outlined yet, they will likely involve a mix of email notifications, data entry, and workflow approvals.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot independently
Eagerness to automate processes and enhance efficiency
Please provide examples of past work, relevant experience, and comprehensive project proposals in your application.
