Microsoft Forms Response Automation Setup

I have a Microsoft Form collecting information from users and I need a Power Automate flow that handles each new response without manual intervention. The flow should:

• Trigger instantly when a form is submitted.
• Send a personalized confirmation email to the respondent and a separate notification to selected team members.
• Generate a concise report from the submitted data—PDF, Excel, or another practical format—and store it in a designated SharePoint or OneDrive location.

I will supply the live Form link, the mail templates, and the list of internal recipients. What I need back is the finished, tested cloud flow, documented screenshots of key steps, and a brief note on how I can tweak recipients or report formatting in the future.
