Microsoft Form to PDF Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already capture Text, Multiple choice, and Date-and-time responses with Microsoft Forms and I have an editable proposal template ready to go. What I need is a Power Automate cloud flow that takes each new form submission, maps every answer to the correct placeholder in that template, and then saves or emails the finished document as a polished PDF.
The template is 100 % editable—so feel free to use Content Controls, dynamic fields, or any other method that keeps the layout intact while inserting the data. Branding, fonts, and spacing must remain exactly as they appear in the original file.
Deliverables
• A working Power Automate flow (exported .zip) that triggers on form submission
• The mapping logic using built-in actions or expressions—no premium connectors required
• Brief setup notes so I can import, reconnect my Form and OneDrive/SharePoint locations, and run a quick test
Once the flow produces a PDF that mirrors the template with all fields correctly populated, the job is done.
