Posting: Microsoft 365 + ClickUp Automation Specialist (EOD & KPI Workflow Build) Project: My Virtual Mate (MVM) – Post-Hire Client & Staff Workspace Location: Remote (must be available for AEST check-ins) Engagement: Short-term project with option for ongoing enhancements Background MVM places remote staff for international clients. After each hire, we need a streamlined End-of-Day (EOD) reporting loop that: Lets staff file a 60-second mobile form. Pushes the data to ClickUp (task + custom fields). Stores structured data in SharePoint Lists for audit & analytics. Refreshes a Power BI dashboard for the admin team. Emails a branded weekly PDF summary to the client. The entire flow must run licence-lean—only the admin/PM team will hold paid seats. Scope of Work Phase Key Tasks Deliverables 1. ClickUp API & Automations (or prior use of the ClickUp Team Manager connector). Power BI dashboard design, including scheduled PDF exports. Solid grasp of Azure AD B2B guest configuration and basic security (MFA, link expiry). Ability to write clear hand-over docs and Loom walk-throughs. Nice-to-Haves Experience pulling data from Time Doctor API. Familiarity with branding in corporate colour palettes. Prior work on staffing / HR workflows. Collaboration & Milestones Daily Slack/Teams updates (text or loom) while active. Three 15-minute stand-ups (Day 2, Day 4, Day 7) AEST. Target go-live: within 10–14 calendar days of kickoff.
