Looking for Power Automate Specialist to Build Email → Job-Bidding Automation

I’m looking for a Microsoft Power Automate specialist to build a real, working email-automation system for my IT field-service business.
Context
I receive 90% of my work from job platforms (e.g. Platform / similar). Each job comes in as an email to my Outlook/M365 account. Right now, I’m manually:
• Reading each email
• Checking location, rate, and time
• Making sure there’s no schedule conflict
• Then clicking “Apply Now” and replying
I want to fully automate this process end-to-end.

What I Need Built
Using Outlook (M365) + Power Automate (Cloud Flows) + Excel Online or SharePoint List, I want a system that does the following:
1. Auto-filter & label incoming job emails
o Only process emails from a specific platform/sender (e.g. Platform).
o Auto-tag / label them in Outlook for tracking.
2. Extract job details from the email body
o Location (address / city / state / zip)
o Rate (hourly or flat)
o ETA / appointment date & time window
o Store number / site ID
o Work type / short description
o Any job / ticket ID and job URL
3. Write all data on a dashboard
o Store each job as a new row in Excel Online or SharePoint List.
o Fields I want to see:
 ReceivedDateTime
 Source / Platform
 Client
 TicketID
 JobTitle
 Location
 Rate
 ETA_Date
 ETA_Start
 ETA_End
 JobURL
 Status (New / Applied / Accepted / Completed)
 Notes
4. Apply my decision rules automatically
o Only proceed if:
 Job location is within 20 miles of my base area (DMV – DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia).
 Hourly rate is within my target range (e.g. $XX–$YY/hr) or above minimum threshold.
 There is no schedule conflict with existing accepted jobs (check against the same Excel/SharePoint list or my Outlook calendar).
o If any rule fails → mark the job as “Skipped” in the dashboard.
5. If all rules pass → auto-apply
o Open/call the job link or relevant action so that the system effectively “APPLIES” on my behalf (as much as is technically possible via Power Automate, HTTP calls, or other safe methods).
o Update the record Status to Applied.
6. Send an auto-reply email
o Use a template such as:
Hi, I’m available for this onsite break/fix job in the DMV area. Please assign.

o Template should be easy for me to edit later.

Deliverables
• One or more Power Automate cloud flows that:
o Trigger on new Outlook emails from the platform
o Parse the email content (HTML → text, then extract fields)
o Write clean data into Excel Online / SharePoint list
o Evaluate my rules (distance, rate, conflict)
o Trigger “Apply” + send auto-reply when conditions are met
• A simple dashboard (Excel or SharePoint) showing all jobs and their status.
• Documentation / walkthrough:
o Step-by-step explanation of how the flow works
o Where to change thresholds (distance, rate, etc.)
o How to modify email templates later
o How to add another platform in the future

Skills Required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Experience integrating Outlook / M365 and Excel Online / SharePoint Lists
• Ability to parse and extract text from structured but messy HTML emails
• Nice to have experience automating actions for job platforms such as Platform / similar
