Live Power Automate Workflow Build
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to tighten up my daily routine by turning several manual steps into dependable, self-running flows—and I want to learn how it all works as we build it. The focus is on three pillars:
• SharePoint workflows – primarily document management and notification alerts so files move, rename, and notify the right people automatically.
• Microsoft Lists – creating and tweaking custom forms, adding automated notifications, and refining related SharePoint site pages.
• Word templates – setting up flows that pre-fill key fields and save the finished documents back to SharePoint.
Instead of a hand-off, I’d like collaborative Microsoft Teams sessions where I share my screen, explain each step, and let me try parts myself. Think of it as pairing: you guide, I follow along, and together we publish production-ready flows. A live walkthrough is essential so we can talk through logic in real time.
Deliverables
1. Live working sessions (scheduled to suit both of us).
2. Completed Power Automate flows covering the items above.
3. Brief written recap or screenshots of each flow for my reference.
Acceptance criteria: every flow must trigger reliably, store outputs in the correct SharePoint libraries or Lists, and be clear enough that I can modify basic parameters afterward.
If you are fluent in Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, and Word template content controls—and enjoy teaching as much as building—let’s get started.
