Jira Data Center Power Automate Flow

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can create a flow in Power Automate which retrieves specific data from our Jira Data Center instance.
The scope of work includes:
- Establish a connection between Power Automate and our Jira Data Center.
- Configure the flow to extract certain Jira issue data - specifically, the status and updated date of all issues.
- My Jira instance is behind a Single Sign On so we we need to account for the redirects to sign in.
