InfoPath to Power Apps Migration

I have between one and ten InfoPath forms scattered across our SharePoint tenant. Some are tied into existing workflows, others run standalone, so I first need you to locate every form in the site inventory, confirm how each one is being triggered, and document the dependencies. I am not sure whether any of these forms hide custom code, so part of the discovery phase is to surface that as well.

Once we have the full picture I want each form rebuilt in Power Apps, with any workflow logic moved into Power Automate so that end-users experience no disruption. Security trimming, field validation and data connections must behave exactly as they do today.

Deliverables
• Inventory report: URL, usage (workflow / standalone), data sources, custom code findings
• One Power Apps canvas app per form, functionally equivalent and published to the same SharePoint lists/libraries
• Updated or new Power Automate flows replicating current workflow actions
• Handover: solution files, connection references, and a brief video walkthrough

I will provide tenant access and test data once we kick off; you handle packaging and deployment to production after sign-off in our dev site.
