Forms-to-SharePoint HTML Automation

Every time a Microsoft Forms survey is submitted I need an automated flow that:

• Captures all answers and any files the respondent uploads
• Generates a clean, standards-compliant HTML document that mirrors our branding once I supply the exact colours and fonts
• Places any uploaded images together in a neat gallery section at the end of the file
• Saves the finished HTML into a chosen document library on SharePoint, using a logical naming convention (e.g. FormName-Timestamp.html)

I am open to the underlying approach—Power Automate with a bit of PowerShell or Azure Function, Microsoft Graph, or any method you are comfortable with—as long as it runs unattended in Microsoft 365, is easy for me to maintain, and produces identical output every time.

Deliverables
1. Workflow / script fully deployed in my tenant
2. Branded HTML template (CSS inline or separate, your call) ready to accept dynamic data
3. Documentation: setup steps, variables I can tweak later, and how to extend the gallery style if we add more file types
4. Brief hand-off session to walk me through the solution
