Experienced SharePoint Power Automate Developer

I’m looking to streamline several routine tasks inside our SharePoint Online environment by building robust Power Automate flows. The focus is end-to-end automation—no manual hand-offs—so that approval processes, data synchronization, and real-time notification systems run seamlessly behind the scenes.

Here’s the landscape you’ll be working in: SharePoint is the central hub, while Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook all need to stay perfectly in sync with every change. For example, when a document lands in a SharePoint library it should trigger an approval chain, update a status list, store the final file in the correct OneDrive folder, and send a formatted Teams and Outlook notification—all without human intervention.

Deliverables
• Production-ready Power Automate flows for each scenario (approval, sync, notifications)
• Connection configuration for Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook using best-practice security
• Clear documentation of triggers, actions, and error-handling logic
• A short hand-off session to walk me through maintenance and future tweaks

Acceptance criteria
• All approvals log decisions and timestamps in a SharePoint list automatically
• Data is synchronized within 60 seconds across all three platforms after any source change
• Notifications show accurate metadata and deep links to the affected item
• Flows can be disabled, edited, and re-enabled without breaking connections
