Excel-Driven Power Automate Reminders

I need a Microsoft Power Automate cloud flow that reads my existing Excel file, checks each row for its due-date column, and automatically sends an email reminder to the address listed in that same row. The sheet sits in my Microsoft 365 environment (OneDrive/SharePoint), so the flow must use standard O365 connectors only—no premium licenses.

Core expectations
• The flow runs on a schedule I can easily adjust (hourly or daily).
• Each email pulls dynamic values from the row (name, task, due date) and uses a template I can edit later.
• Once an email is sent, the row should be marked so duplicates are avoided. A “Reminder Sent” flag or timestamp is fine.
• Everything must be built and tested inside my tenant, with clear, step-by-step notes so I can maintain it myself.

Deliverables
1. Finished Power Automate flow, saved and enabled in my tenant.
2. A brief setup document (or short screen-share recording) showing how to change the schedule, email text, and Excel source.
3. Confirmation that emails trigger correctly from sample data I will provide.

If you are experienced with Power Automate, Excel Online connectors, and Outlook integration, this should be straightforward. I will grant temporary access once we agree on the structure and timeline.
