Excel Data Entry Automation Flow

I have several Excel spreadsheets that are updated regularly and I want a Power Automate flow that removes the manual data-entry steps I’m currently doing. The goal is simple: whenever new rows appear in the workbook, the flow should capture them, apply any basic validation rules we agree on, and then post the clean data into the destination I specify (another Excel file, SharePoint list, or SQL table—whatever you recommend for reliability).

You will be responsible for:
• Building the cloud flow in Power Automate using the standard Excel connector (files live in Microsoft 365).
• Adding configurable checks for blank cells, duplicates, and simple data-type mismatches.
• Logging every run to an audit sheet so I can trace what was imported and what was skipped.
• Supplying a brief, step-by-step hand-off document so I can tweak column mappings later.
