AI-Enhanced Tenant Onboarding Flow

I’m streamlining how we bring new tenants into our property portfolio and need a Power Automate flow built from scratch that does two things exceptionally well: handle tenant registration and carry out document verification. All source material will arrive as PDF or image files—some with selectable text, others as photographs or scans—so the solution must automatically extract and analyse data from those files before anything else happens.
Here’s the journey I have in mind. As soon as a new tenant’s documents land in a designated folder , the flow should fire up, push the files through an AI-powered extractor—AI Builder, Azure Form Recognizer, or an equivalent you recommend—and capture every relevant data point: names, addresses, ID numbers, lease dates, and so on. The extracted results should be cross-checked for completeness, flagged if something is missing or mismatched, and then written into a structured source such as Dataverse or a SharePoint list. Once the data is confirmed, the flow should:
• create the tenant record,
• file the verified documents in a neatly named sub-folder, and
• send an automated confirmation (or an exception alert) to the property manager.
