Build an Automated Email Tracking & AI Insights Workflow (Power Automate / Azure Logic Apps)

Description (Public):

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical distribution company that needs to automate the tracking of supplier communications and data. We send and receive hundreds of emails each month and need a system that will:
• Track supplier emails (past and future) and log all data in an Excel table stored in OneDrive.
• Avoid duplicate records using supplier name matching.
• Analyse email threads and suggest next steps using AI (Azure OpenAI / GPT).
• Extract product data from emails and attachments (PDF, Excel, Word) and categorize by therapeutic category.
• Trigger alerts and notifications when suppliers don’t respond or deals progress.
• Provide a Power BI dashboard to track statuses and opportunities.

Your role:
• Build a robust Power Automate / Logic App flow integrated with Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams, and Power BI.
• Set up AI-powered email summarization, recommendations, and product data extraction.
• Deliver a ready-to-use solution with documentation.

Skills required:
• Power Automate / Logic Apps (expert)
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
• Azure AI (OpenAI GPT + Document Intelligence)
• Excel / Power BI integration
• Strong experience with deduplication logic and data automation

Deliverable:
A fully working system that continuously processes past and future emails, updates our supplier database, and uses AI to improve response and deal closure rates.
