ECN Approval Workflow Automation

I'm seeking an expert in Power Automate to create an "ECN Approval Workflow" project that meets the following specifications:
Key Features:
1. Upload PDF Document: The system should allow users to upload a PDF document for review and approval.
2. Select Approval Names: Users should be able to select various approval names from the Engineering, Quality, and Production departments.
3. Select Manager Names: Users should also be able to select manager names from the same departments.
4. Document Approval: Once the 'submit' button is pressed, the selected individuals need to approve the document.
5. PDF Editing: Upon receiving approval from all selected individuals, the PDF should be edited to show a list of all approvers.
Additional Requirements:
- Manager names should be used to escalate the approval process in case the selected approver does not respond within one week.
- The approval process should be managed through email notifications.
I already have templates for the PDF documents that will be used in this workflow. The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience with Power Automate and PDF editing software, as well as a strong understanding of workflow automation. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the project will require clear and timely updates.
