Download Attachments From Microsoft Dataverse Environment

We have developed an app in Microsoft PowerApps that uses Microsoft Dataverse as the data source. Users have been uploading attachments to records and now we need a way to download all the attachments at once using Microsoft Power Automate. The attachments are associated with a Notes table in the Microsoft Dataverse Environment. The last post in this forum (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Dataverse/Multiple-file-attachments-PowerApps-Dataverse/td-p/1309434) shows exactly what we need done, but we can't seem to get it to work. Ideally we would want the attachments to be renamed after a field associated with the record.
