AI Document Verification Processing

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an AI document verification processing system that can handle invoices (detect and alert on missing field value) and have an automated verification method that also includes sending an e-mail to person.. This system will require a level of accuracy of 99.5-100%. The system should also be capable of handling IDs and passports, academic certificates, and financial statements. I require the freelancer to implement a robust yet comprehensive security protocol to protect data integrity during the validation process. Furthermore, automated workflow to manage data input and output is also required. Any AI-based predictive analytics should also be considered. The freelancer should also be able to provide maintenance and support for the system as and when needed.
