Create Power Automate Flow to Copy Accepted Meeting Invites to Delegate Calendar
Project Description:
I need a Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flow) solution that triggers when I accept a meeting invite on my own calendar. Once I accept the invite, the flow should automatically create a duplicate of that meeting on another calendar where I am a delegate with full permissions (Owner access).
Key Requirements:
Must trigger when I accept a meeting invite in my Outlook calendar.
Must create a new meeting (not just forward) with the same details (subject, time, location, body, attendees, etc.) on a second calendar where I am a delegate.
The flow must run under a standard user account (no Graph API access, no service principals or app registrations).
The second calendar is for a shared mailbox, and I have delegate (owner) permissions to it via Outlook.
Ideally, include logic to avoid duplicate events if the same invite is modified and re-accepted.
Environment Details:
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online)
Power Automate (Cloud only, no desktop flows)
No Graph API or premium connectors
Delegate permissions are already assigned
