Custom Data Connector with OCR

I'm looking to create a custom connector that can efficiently extract and analyze various types of data using Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Key Requirements:
- The connector should be able to extract and analyze text, numerical, and image data.
- Data extracted should be processed to generate reports.
- The connector should be versatile, able to handle different types of data and effectively analyze it.
- Could be made with library or Google Vision IA (For the last one we need a estimated qutation per document9
