Create a Microsoft Power Automate flow:
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Basically, I need just the template of the flow which will work without any errors and I will put the real data there personally afterwards:
Trigger:
- The Power Automate flow should be triggered when a new response is submitted in Microsoft Forms
Action:
- The flow should transcribe data from the answers in Forms into the text in approval email with attachments which will be uploaded to Forms. And afterwards send notification back to the forms responder after the approval/reject.
- In Forms there will be 7 questions. At seven you will chose a category with this impact.
- There will be different person for approval in each category + in two categories I need two approvals.
-So I need somehow connect email adress of the approval with those categories in power automate flow.
Plus if its possible to have some database on one drive or sharepoint where you can see every request (with colums with data from answers in Forms) with status of the approval?
