Copilot Studio Doc Automation

I’m building a proof-of-concept inside Microsoft Copilot Studio that lets a user upload source material—Word docs, PDFs, PowerPoint decks, and even plain-text files—and, on demand, have the system return new, neatly structured Word, PowerPoint, and Excel outputs. The whole flow must be orchestrated with Copilot Studio events and triggers, surfaced to the user through Adaptive Cards, and started only when the user explicitly issues a prompt (no timed or auto-on-upload runs).

Here’s what I need delivered:
• A Copilot Studio solution with the entities, actions, and conversational logic required to accept file uploads and store them securely in SharePoint or another Microsoft-friendly repository.
• A trigger that listens for a natural-language prompt from the user and then launches the generation pipeline.
• Logic (Power Automate cloud flow or equivalent) that parses the uploaded content, extracts the required metadata, and feeds it to pre-built Word, PowerPoint, and Excel templates so the resulting files follow our exact structure.
• Adaptive Cards that present status updates, preview links, and final download buttons directly in the Copilot chat.
• Documentation and a short video walkthrough so I can see the set-up and replicate it in another tenant.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A single prompt such as “Generate my pack” should return all three file types populated with the sample data I’ll supply.
2. The Adaptive Card must display a progress bar, links to each generated file, and a “Regenerate” button.
3. All flows and components must be implemented in my environment.

If you’ve already automated document generation , calculations and processing with Copilot Studio and are comfortable designing Adaptive Cards, this task should feel familiar. I can provide the starter templates , prompt recipes, workflow and example documents as soon as we begin.
