Complete Word VBA & Forms Automation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a partially-automated Word form built with VBA. Four pieces are still missing and I need them added quickly:
• Data validation for each input so users can’t submit incomplete or incorrectly-formatted information.
• Conditional formatting that adapts labels, colours or warnings as users work through the form.
• Dynamic form elements that appear, hide or repopulate based on previous answers.
Once those three items are in place, I also want an identical experience built in Microsoft Forms. The online version must:
• Reproduce every field from the existing Word form.
• On submission, automatically create the same Word document the VBA version outputs, so my manager can compare both solutions side-by-side.
Throughout the job the guiding priority is user experience—clean interaction, clear prompts, and zero friction when generating the final document.
Deliverables:
1. Updated Word template with the new VBA code fully tested.
2. Microsoft Form link plus the script or workflow that converts each response into the matching Word file.
3. Brief setup notes so I can demonstrate both options without further tweaks.
