Project Overview
We are seeking a professional developer to build a custom Field Operations Management App using:
SharePoint Online for backend data architecture and permissions
Power Automate for workflows (approvals, transitions, status updates)
PowerApps or another interface method for frontend dashboards and forms
The full system design is already complete — including UI mockups, workflows, and access levels. Your role is to build and integrate it using tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You may propose the best frontend structure (PowerApps, SPFx, or custom UI).
Responsibilities
Create custom SharePoint Lists for:
Task Orders, Labor Logs, Materials, Travel & Lodging, Change Orders, Approvals, Job Closeout, Documents
Build Power Automate workflows:
Labor approval, PO routing, job completion validation
Develop a frontend interface (PowerApps or other) with role-based navigation and data views
Ensure executive-level reporting visibility (labor %, job margins, vendor performance, etc.)
Required Skills
Experience designing business applications in SharePoint Online
Proficiency with Power Automate for approvals and status management
Frontend delivery using PowerApps, SPFx, or connected web apps
Understanding of permission controls and workflow-driven business logic
Bonus Skills
SPFx experience or Microsoft Graph API familiarity
Prior work with operational dashboards or FSM systems
Ability to interpret and replicate defined UI layouts

Business use cases and acceptance criteria
Interview Process
