Automated Video Transcribe & Dub
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
For my university course project I must prove that a complete Power Automate flow can:
1. accept either a pasted YouTube link or an uploaded video in Google Drive / OneDrive,
2. pull or generate an English transcript,
3. translate that transcript to Russian,
4. synthesize a natural-sounding Russian voice-over, and
5. return both the .txt transcript and the Russian audio file to the same Drive/OneDrive folder (email copy is fine too).
Right now I have no automated way to extract the text, so the solution needs to cover transcription as well as translation and TTS. You may use Azure Cognitive Services, Whisper, or any tool that fits inside Power Automate—just keep everything wired into my Microsoft 365 account; I’ll share temporary credentials as soon as we start.
Deliverables
• Fully working Power Automate flow deployed in my tenant
• Sample run showing the Russian dub and transcript returned to Drive/OneDrive
• Short step-by-step setup note so I can demonstrate the project
I need this ASAP, so please let me know how quickly you can spin up a proof of concept and the total time to polish it for hand-in.
