Automated SharePoint Data Dashboard App

Several SharePoint lists across my tenant capture operational information every day, yet turning that raw data into insight still takes far too many clicks. I need a Power Apps solution that automatically harvests the required fields from those existing SharePoint lists, consolidates them behind the scenes, and presents the result as an interactive dashboard right inside SharePoint. The whole point is better data analysis, not another manual export routine.
Key expectations
• A canvas or model-driven Power App (your call) that connects only to other SharePoint lists—no Excel files or external databases involved.
• Automated collection and refresh so new entries appear in the dashboard without user intervention.
• A clean, drill-down dashboard geared toward quick trend spotting and exception tracking.
• Basic hand-off documentation that shows me how to adjust fields, filters, or visuals later.
